WHO WE ARE

SC LAND POWER SRL is a limited liability company registered in Romania under Company Number J13/769/2006 and has its head office in Constanta, by the Black Sea, having as main object the production of wind power.

BACKGROUND

Land Power was founded in 2006 in Romania with the precise and unique goal of developing projects for the production of electric power out of renewable sources, with particular concern to wind power sector. It is a company tailored to meet the needs of Romanian emerging wind power market.

Land Power was set up by the Italian Company Inergia SpA and is now 100% controlled by LUKERG Renew, a 50/50% joint venture between ERG Renew, member of the ERG Group and LUKOIL S.A. – ECONOENERGO, member of LUKOIL Group.

Settled in 2011, Lukerg Renew is active in Eastern Euorpe (Bulgaria and Romania in first stage, Ukraine and Russia in a successive stage). LUKERG Renew’s benefits from the advantage of the large expertise of ERG Renew in the development, construction and operation of wind farm and the from the powerful presence of LUKOIL in Eastern Europe.

ERG Renew is one of the greatest wind farm operators in Italy and France, with a total installed capacity of 1200 MW.

LUKOIL is one of the world's biggest vertically integrated companies for production of crude oil & gas, and their refining into petroleum products and petrochemicals. The Company is a leader on Russian and international markets in its core business.
